For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.

The natural world is a theater of God’s glory, a public testimony that speaks to every heart. We understand the reality of a Creator by observing the complexity, beauty, and order of what has been made. This form of understanding is universal; it leaves humanity without excuse. When we look at a majestic mountain range, a microscopic cell, or the vast expanse of the stars, we are meant to discern the fingerprints of the Divine Architect. Creation calls us to a response of worship and accountability. Let us open our eyes to the witness all around us, and let that understanding lead us closer to the One who spoke it all into existence.
Prayer for the Day
I thank You, Lord, for the wonderful testimony of creation that surrounds me. Grant me the eyes to see Your power and divine nature displayed in all that You have made, and let that understanding fuel my worship. Amen.
