He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.

There is a restlessness in the human soul that nothing in this world can quite satisfy. We chase after moments of beauty, yet they often feel fleeting. Solomon, in his wisdom, explains why: God has placed eternity within us. We were made for a world larger than the one we currently inhabit. While we cannot always understand the work that God does from beginning to end, we can trust the timing of the One who makes everything beautiful. But God is at the loom, weaving a masterpiece that will only be fully revealed in the light of eternity. Today, when life feels confusing or incomplete, take heart. You are a creature of eternity, and your story is being written by the Author of Time.

Heavenly Father, thank You for the beauty You weave into my life, even when I cannot see the full picture. Quiet my restless heart with the assurance that I was made for You. Help me to trust Your perfect timing in all things. Amen.
